Future You Turmeric Plus Tablets Update And Discount Code

As promised here is my update on the trial of the Turmeric Plus Healthier Start post...

If you didn't read the first post, just click on the link in a different colour written above this photo.

So after taking this supplement for a couple of week's , maybe even a little before that I started to notice a bit of a difference. When I got up in the mornings, I noticed I seemed to wake up quicker. Normally I will sit in front of the TV and have three cups of tea straight off  before I even feel like I'm coming alive.
However, I did start to notice that I felt the need to start my day quicker, and did actually wonder if this was all in my head! Was I imagining a vast difference in my waking up? I just didn't feel as groggy! Was I imagining it?

I had spoken to one of my friends about the monthly trial, and in conversation, she would ask me if I felt any different and I would explain to her how I felt. "blimming hell " she said." If it's that good I'm going to order some" To which I thought well a least I will know if it's my imagination. She suffers from back pain, so this would be interesting. I have felt alright regarding muscular conditions. I will admit to only doing a little of my Yoga as time has been in short supply.
I did reduce my sugar content, but not fat. Due to my allergies, it's hard for me not to eat fat! Unless I just ate veg (no thanks)

So after a week of my friend taking the Turmeric Plus I spoke to her to see what she thought. She said the same thing! It wasn't in my head! My friend Sarah had felt the same. She explained that her waking up was easier and also that her back pain had reduced.

I haven't noticed any real difference in my skin quality, I don't ache anymore or any less. But one thing I do know is that I have more energy. And more energy is good enough for me. My friend has advised me that she will definitely be purchasing again, and now her friend is ordering. So I guess the outcome of this experiment of the Turmeric Plus has worked out really well. You only have to look at the site reviews to see how many others swear by it.

This is an honest review for myself taking a months supply of Turmeric Plus. I also have a discount code TY816

Lotus Boots And Bag Road Tested On The Thames !

How do you show off your new winter style when it's one of the hottest September days on record ?

I was kindly offered something from Lotus Shoes, and with spicing up my Autumn wardrobe in mind I chose this gorgeous pair of Boots and Bag
When I received the boots and bag I was overjoyed with them..... Now how do you style the boots in 32 degrees ?

Our friends had invited us to the marina where they have a barge that they use in the summer and have just purchased a riverboat to cruise the river on. I decided to take this opportunity to show them off.

The holiday barge is to the left and the riverboat to the right. It was the perfect day to be on the river.

I'm over the moon with the bag, it's very roomy and has several pockets to keep everything organised. I love the Snake print and I know I will be using this bag a lot injecting some colour into the winter wardrobe.

The swans and ducks are so tame, they will eat straight out of your hand

The river was so calm, not what I expected. Just a light breeze, it was such a perfect day watching London go by.

You see all different variations of boats going slowly past, it's just beautiful.

I did originally have black trousers or jeans in mind to wear with the boots and bag, but it was just so hot !

The boots have fab detailing on them to match the bag. A wedge shape heel makes a change from my usual high heels. Although the wedge looks high, these are so comfortable to wear and I know I could comfortably walk far distances in these. I nearly chose the other colour here

I would love to live along the riveside. AS we glide through I can't help but wonder who lives in houses like these.

All is so calm, it really is so relaxing.

Back onto dry land, I'm pleased with how the boots felt on their first outing, even in such hot weather! The winter wardrobe is nearly complete now and I look forward to sharing it with you. Almost makes me wish for colder weather !You will be seeing a lot of this boots and bag in the future. Take a look at Lotus shoes and let me know what your favourites are.

Bidvine - Professional Services Found For You

Always having the intention of bettering my Photography regarding blogging,  I recently came across a company called Bidvine...

I have been meaning to try and brush up on my Photography skills for some time, so when Bidvine * contacted me , explaining what they did and what services they provided , this sounded like a good place to start.

Let me explain...

You create your account with Bidvine, then when you want to find a service, say,  maybe you would like to find a decorator. Then you would enter Decorator. If you needed a plumber, you would enter plumber etc.
Then you add your postcode to get started on finding that service nearest to you in that area.

You will then be asked a series of questions relating to what you're looking for. I also enquired about a personal trainer and exercise classes in my area, so the form above shows the related questionnaire for this. The beauty of this is that you can decide how far you would wish to travel or if you would like them to travel to you. I actually searched quite a few different categories such as Portrait Photographer or Party organiser  and I was surprised how much is available in my area. Even PC computer repairs.

Then you just sit back and wait for your quotes to come in.....

You then decide which quote you feel is best for you, then contact the person who you feel will fit your requirements. It's that simple. You can also have your quotes message you if you wish. So when I'm famous I will be getting quotes from the bodyguard category that I just came across (laughing)

I'm sure this company would come in handy for so many things, I am really impressed with the swift service provided. You can find Bidvine here  I'm sure you will find it as user friendly as I did

Eastex - Classic Style

It's amazing how the weather and temperature can drop in just a few short days.....

Compared to my last post here when it was a hot 32 degrees, it's now at a low and drizzly 14. I'm clinging on to my brighter semi-summer clothes though, and not ready to do the wardrobe swap into full blown winter wear yet.
Today I'm sharing with you one of my favourite brands. Eastex  You may have read the post about the Press event AW/16  that I went to a while back.

One of my favourite items at the event was this Navy and White graduated spot blouse which has now gone on sale, Easy and light to wear, and  worn loose for comfort. And for a more casual look I will wear this with my white jeans.

I've chosen Navy Eastex trousers here Flat fronted with a side zip, which is great for achieving a slimmer tummy plus the trousers come in standard or shorter length which is a bonus  for us Petites

I've gone all out classic today with accessories, adding Nude courts and Nude handbag. Two items that are a must-have for your wardrobe . I felt that today wasn't the right weather for White accessories, and I don't have Navy, so When I don't have anything matching Nude is the colour to go for.

Do take a look at the Eastex website. I read an interesting and inspiring article about the fabulous mature model Pia Gronning here Plus there's lot's of style inspiration and even a list of great places to go in London.

Please don't forget to look out for my next post later in the week about all the new and latest trends hitting the shops. Or you could subscribe to my post's and then you won't miss any. I would love that. Xo Laurie

Bonmarche - Embracing The Aztec Trend

Wanting to show off my Autumn/Winter buys to you all is proving something of a challenge in 30 degree's heat !
This is what we bloggers do to show what's in store for the coming season for you, and the way our weather is at the moment, Winter clothing is not needed at all.

But as you know our UK weather can change like the flick of a switch. We need to be prepared ...

When Bonmarche asked me if I would like to choose something from their new Autumn range, I already knew what I was going to choose as I had been drawn back  to this jacket online a few times. But in their latest magazine, it's worn in a completely different way with a jumper and skirt.

I like the shape of the jacket, finishing just below the waist for definition and the three-quarter length sleeves, it's an easy to wear piece.

If you have read my last post about the pantone colours for winter 2016 you will see that there are many of those colours incorporated in the jacket. Warm Taupe, Potters clay and of course classic Black. So although I am wearing the jacket today for a more summery look, this jacket is at the ready for our new on-trend colours.

I have paired the Aztec Trophy Jacket with my cream lightweight flares and an Orange camisole. A trip down to Leigh on Sea in Essex, while visiting the family, this is one of my favourite places to be on a hot sunny day. You can catch some amazing views over the Thames.

There is a nice seaside breeze, but I am feeling like I'm going to combust !

A closer look at the jacket shows that it's collar free, it will be easy to add anything to it when it's cold. A polo neck like this one with  these Black skinny jeans

What do you think of the seventies Aztec trend ? Do you like all the Boho inspired pieces that are hitting the shops ? Do let me know in the comments below. Now I'm off for that stroll, and to cool down!

Pantone Autumn Winter 2016 Which Colour Would You Choose

I love having a browse to see what new colours will be on trend for the new season collections.

These are the trend colours forecast from Pantone for Autumn/Winter 2016

Anything catching your eye ? Have you noticed these colours flooding into your stores? I am really drawn to the Grey (Sharkskin)  and I love the mustard (Spicy Mustard) and stone (Warm Taupe) Colour. Let me give you some examples of these colours that are available in the shops now.

1) Riverside is the first colour in the grid and I would commonly call this colour Petrol Blue ! But hey, this shirt from Top Shop is just too gorgeous to argue !

2) Airy Blue- Very similar to Serenity Blue that was quoted for Spring/Summer 16 This is the go to blouse that will go with anything, even jeans from Eastex

3) Sharkskin - A form of dark grey or silvery tones. This is one of the easiest colours to pair with items in your wardrobe. A big trend for all our up and coming festivities when worn in the metallic version. I would wear this with a roll neck jumper too for not such a dressy affair. This pleated skirt is from Warehouse

4) Aurora Red - This is not a bright red tone, this is a warm, bordering on Rust tone. These trousers look easy to wear, and could transition from day to night . From JD Williams

5) Warm Taupe - Another colour that's  easy to add to your wardrobe. I would have to add some colourful accessories to this though. I also think this shirt dress from Oasis will look great open over trousers and T shirt.

Dusty Cedar - A more rose toned pink. I really had a job finding something of Dusty Cedar description. This is as near as I could get, plus who doesn't love a glamorous fur gilet in winter ?
I spotted this on sale at Winsmoor at a bargain price so be quick.

Lush Meadow - A rich elegant jewel-toned green shown here in the ever popular easy to wear jumpsuit From JD Williams

Spicy Mustard - A spicy Yellow, bordering into Tan. I found this transitional dress at Marks and Spencer This will look great alongside your browns that you have in your wardrobe. Picture this with tan accessories and sandals now, or a long sleeved T Knitted tights and boots for winter.

Potters Clay- A Rusty Brown shade. The shops are flooded with Brown shades, and this is a perfect update on your Biker Jacket. A perfect blending tonal colour to wear with nearly all the Pantone colours that are predicted for this year. This Biker Jacket is from River Island

Bodacious - Rich Purple . I found this colour so hard to find! But I do like the idea of the on trend "cold shoulder" top that everyone has embraced this past summer still in stores for winter. I don't know if I fancy cold shoulders in minus temperatures though ! Jumper Karen Millen

So that's our colour trend report. If I had to pick my favourites, they would have to be Riverside Sharkskin Warm Taupe Dusty Cedar and Potters Clay. Which one's are your favourites ? I'd like you to let me know in the comments.

FandF My First Autumn Buy

Sharing with you today my first autumn buy. It's that time of year when you don't need a coat, and you can't get away with your flimsy summer item anymore this summer.

I haven't bought many winter clothes this year, I find it difficult to shop for winter fashion at this time of year. Trying winter woollies on in 25 degree's is just not my cup of tea.

This is my first purchase. I came across this a few weeks ago and thought what a handy transitional item it would be. Something that will keep the chill away, that's not too overbearing for our topsy-turvy UK weather.

This knitted waistcoat from F&F is super soft, in my favourite colour Beige here But they also stock it in Navy here Or a Grey Marl here At a super bargain price of £16.00  I couldn't resist

I love pairing all my creams and beiges together. Classic, just add whatever colour accessories you wish. Plus these basic colours will pair up with most other colours in your wardrobe

I've teamed my look today with Tan and Gold . The Knecklace I have had for years, large amber beads, and the bag is from Yosa  Do pop over to the Instagram page for some gorgeous accessories. And to finish my monochromatic look, my shoes from pretty small shoes You can read about these in a previous post here

A broken down car left me having a cuppa in my friend's garden today. Not being able to get anywhere and my garden being still under construction (It's taking forever!) I let her click the camera. Then I had to explain the whole concept of blogging. She was surprised at how much work goes into it. To all you bloggers out there,I would love to know how you divide your time ? Please do let me know in the comments.
Have you got all your wardrobe ready for winter ? or are you way behind like me? Next post will be a complete turnaround. I will be talking about all the new "in trend" colours to update your wardrobe.
Have a great week everyone
XO Laurie
