JD Williams Value Collection And Celebrating Style Link Up

Hi everyone! Two days of sun this week so far! Hooray! And it’s so good to watch the mornings and evenings get lighter.
A huge thank you to everyone that linked up last week. I’ve still got a few comments to catch up on, but I’ll be there. It’s been so busy this last week and today I was in Piccadilly London all day (more about that later) I’m also supposed to be on my way to Cornwall tomorrow, but my father in law has been taken ill, so not sure if that break is going to happen.

Today I’m sharing with you another item from the JD Williams Value Collection. You may have seen the last post with the Red top that I got here

I chose this Green dress after thinking about the prediction from Pantone SS17 I like Green, I thought it would make a change. Apart from a couple of Green T-shirts everything else I own is Khaki, a colour I wear a lot in the summer. Another bargain price, this is a mere £29.00 here £29.00!!

I love the detailing on the body, and it hangs really well. It’s not flimsy at all and fully lined.

The pleating accentuates the waist very nicely and there’s no scrimping on size. I got this in a size 10 and there’s plenty of room. Sometimes when clothing is from a value collection I’ve known the sizing to be a bit smaller.

I did choose a silk scarf to pair it with, but I felt it hid the detail of the dress. I’ve paired the dress with these oh so comfortable shoes from FandF That’s No longer available but I did find some gorgeous sandals here

What do you think about this green colour? Have you bought anything green for this SS17? Do take a look at the value collection that JD Williams have to offer

Laurie, that is a beautiful dress. I love the ruching at the waist. It's a perfect dress for those of us who struggle with hiding our pudgy middles. Ha, ha. Pantone's Greenery color is right up my alley. I have a couple of tops that I got in that color and will be styling a post soon around the Pantone Spring line up. You look lovely, as always.
